Still trying to figure out what to do after school? Why not complete a traineeship at Faubel to gain exciting insights and initial work experience? We offer pre-college students and other school leavers the opportunity to do traineeships in technology, media design, and administration.
You are welcome to "try out" the following occupations and trades as a trainee:
- Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
- Print media technician (m/f/d)
- Media designer (m/f/d)
- IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
If you are also interested in other occupations or trades, please mention it in your application. We will check whether we can offer you a traineeship in this field.
You can also sign up for our annual Girls' and Boys' Day to gain first-hand insight into an occupation or a trade. On that day, you will get to know our headquarters in Melsungen, visit our production facilities and learn a lot about training at Faubel.
During a one-year traineeship, you will work in several departments, such as technology or design, as a vocational high school trainee. In addition to attending classes at Technical High School, you will work in a team with qualified employees and take on exciting and engaging tasks. You can develop new skills and expand your knowledge through various small projects. We look forward to receiving your application.

College students also play an essential part in the company's success by completing internships or contributing final theses. Being an intern or writing a dissertation at Faubel as a college student means taking responsibility and moving things forward. Individual support and an open corporate culture help us ensure that the balance between support and challenge is right for you. Internships and theses can be completed in various fields: product development, human resources management, controlling, IT, marketing, business development, and quality management.
You can suggest a topic for your bachelor's or master's thesis, but we can also agree on a topic that suits both of us.
