In addition to our headquarters in Melsungen, our international sales organization with several offices across Europe, Asia, and the USA guarantees closeness to our customers. We have grown continuously in recent years. Today, the Faubel Group employs approximately 300 people. In 2019, we were just under 260. The average length of service is 11.43 years. The average age is 37.
In addition to our headquarters in Melsungen, the Faubel Group is also present in Paderborn: SIL System Integration Laboratory GmbH has been part of the Faubel Group since 2017. This tech company is close to the university and takes care of our "Smart Labels." These labels are based on RFID technology and often have e-paper displays. In Paderborn, all components are combined with software and hardware to form comprehensive designs. In addition, we have a sister company in Bordentown, New Jersey, Faubel Pharma Services Corp., which has existed since 2009. Our local team supports the US market and has the technology to carry out overprinting.
