2. Collecting and Processing Visitors' Data
The data collected from you when you visit our website and use our forms (contact request, registration, registration of customer account, search terms, etc.) will be processed on our behalf on the servers of our host provider. Tax Consultants and Financial Accounting
We also reserve the right to transfer invoices that we received from your company, which may include your contact details at work, or the invoices that we sent to your company for your attention, to a tax consultant or to the Tax Office. This way, the data contained in those invoices will also be shared. We do so to comply with our legal obligations as set forth in Art. 6 (1) lit c of the GDPR.
We reserve the right to further use data within the limits specified by law during and after contract fulfillment for the purposes of legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 (1) lit f of the GDPR. These include in particular the need to boost customer loyalty through general information and advertising. To this end, we may send you information by post and by email insofar as it is permitted under Art 7 (3) of the German law against unfair competition.
