Faubel into R&D

"Development of a Multi-Update Device for Labeling Clinical Trials" selected by the Hessian Ministry of Economics to receive funding from ERDF

The German State of Hesse is expected to receive 240.7 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). These funds, which are administered by the Hessian Ministry of Economics, will be used to finance and implement the "Operational Program for the Promotion of Investments in Growth and Employment (IGE- ERDF Program)".

Focus on innovation

This program focuses on four funding priorities. To strengthen research, technological development and innovation, the Hessian Ministry of Economics has selected a project run by Faubel. The project, entitled "Development of a Multi-Update Device for Labeling Clinical Trials", will be granted 516,000 euros worth of funding over a period of 36 months. During this time, Faubel is going to develop assembly and connection technology for passive e-paper displays and do some research work in reader systems featuring real-time monitors.
