Faubel and CCL to Join Forces

Acquisition by CCL Industries Inc.: Faubel Group management continues to bear responsibility for all locations of the group of companies

The Melsungen-based group will join the Canadian company CCL Industries Inc. as of August 2023.

 

All shares in the Faubel Group previously held by the Kuge family have been transferred to the Canadian company CCL Industries Inc. effective July 31, 2023. With its robust productivity, highly qualified workforce, and innovative products, Faubel will play a key role in CCL's group of companies.

CCL Industries Inc., a leading global manufacturer of labeling and packaging solutions, employs more than 25,300 people operating in 205 production facilities worldwide. The management team of the Faubel Group, consisting of Frank Jäger, Martin Kuge, and Frank Ludwig, will continue their work from the past ten years. In addition, they will play a leading role worldwide in CCL Label's healthcare division as a "Center of Excellence," especially in pharmaceutical product labeling and clinical trials. Faubel's existing business and location, with all its employees, products, markets, and customers, will continue and expand.
